Telling tales – no matter whether they are tall or short, in school or out, telling tales stands as a favorite past time for many folks.
Tattling aside, telling a good story or listening to one even gives rise not only to preserving important memories but also to relishing the fun of it all. And who doesn’t have great stories to tell – about growing up and moving on, switching around, hanging out, hanging in?
The Rev. Rebecca Mahr Cartus (FCM) shares lots of stories with the regularly posted audiogram, BECKTALES.
Starting with the formative years in her home township (Tales from the Hollow) and in her native village (Tales from the Hill) and working her way through her years as a teacher (Tales from the Front Desk) and as a home-maker (Tales from the Back Deck) and later to her stint as a director (Tales from the Top Floor), Rev. Becky relates the zig-zag path that her life, like everyone else’s, takes.
So stop for a listen.
Who knows . . . the tales just may sound familiar . . .
